Accurate Tools For Larger Torque Driven Applications
Larger torque-driven installation projects require a tool that will provide increased strength and are still easy to attach. The Torq-Spool assists larger or higher torque applications with torque measurement and in instances in which existing Torq-Hub models do not fit (this can be due to different output shaft sizes and designs amongst drive manufacturers).
The Torq-Spool is a helical pile torque measurement tool that provides a flange x flange format - giving you the freedom to use your own anchor drive and pile adapters with the same efficient and accessible measurements as our Torq-Hub.
Torq-Spool features
- Customized data is sent over a wireless RF signal to a handheld or machine-mounted display/datalogger or sent over WiFi signals to display directly on your smartphone or tablet with our app (iOS or Andriod)
- Wireless signal is 2.4 GHz FHSS RF. Outdoor range—up to 2.5 miles (4 km)
- Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technology allows clear communication across up to 79 frequencies

- Reliably and accurately measures torque forces in either ft/lb or N-m, as well as pile/anchor inclination
- Mounts directly beneath anchor drive units
- Simply bolt on a Kelly (drive shaft) adaptor for your particular drive’s output shaft
- Build your own adaptor, or CMI can provide a quote for a turn-key package
- 7” Window OS LCD touchscreen in a rugged ABS casing. Designed to IP67 ingress protection
